All jkART prices are in Canadian Dollars, a perk for my fellow Canadians. “Oh, Canada.”

Shipping

If you ship one of my own products (an original JKA painting or print download) to Canada, I will cover your shipping.

Yes, that’s FREE shipping for JKA products to Canada.

If you ship a Printful* print-on-demand product (posters, socks, tote bags, laptop cases, mugs, or face masks), shipping is FREE for 95% of what’s available. The only exceptions are for products like large canvases and framed prints, which have more costly shipping. These will be partially covered with a flat rate top-up. See individual products for details.

Let me just say this one more time, ship jkART merch anywhere in our wonderful wide world for FREE, with very few exceptions (see above).

Delivery

Processing Time to Fulfill Orders

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Variables that affect preparation time are whether the order is a commission, a product fulfilled by a third-party (such as a print), or an item I print myself (such as Christmas cards).

Printful print-on-demand products (see above) have their own fulfillment time estimates. They can be between 2 and 7 business days in general, but see the Printful website for more detailed information. www.printful.com. I am not responsible for Printful fulfillment delays.

Delivery Times

Canada Post is my main carrier for shipping my original artwork. Expedited shipping is my default shipping choice. It includes tracking and insurance, this last for an additional fee. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

《《 A quick heads up 》》(this paragraph is just a notice of explanation, not a part of the policy): much of the Art Swag in the Gift SHOP crosses borders to get to you, my valued customers. Printful (who makes the “swag”) has buyers pay import taxes when their packages cross into their countries. While I work on adding more specific customs information to individual items and specific countries, please be aware of import tax as a possible charge after your purchase, while your package is in transit. I know this is probably super annoying. Please let me knowlet me know if you have any issues, and thank you for your patience.

JKA Exchange & Return Policy:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact JKA directly.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

For Packages Lost in Transit, contact me no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed JKA error are covered at JKA’s expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to JKA or Printful facilities (if and as applicable). You will be liable for reshipment costs once we or Printful have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to JKA or Printful facilities (if and as applicable), and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

JKA does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

I don’t accept cancellations

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

European Consumer Notice

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

    1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
    2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;

Therefore, JKA reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Returned by Customer – Customers should please contact Julie Karey Art (JKA) before returning any products. We (Printful) do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are covered under the JKA return policy. If JKA chooses to accept returns or offer size exchanges to customers, JKA would need to place a new order at JKA’s expense for a face mask or a product in another size.
